Update

After a LONG 6 hour drive home Sunday night, we are back to our home in Winston. Hailey seems to be getting back in to the swing of things. She is crawling everywhere! We had to set up the pack and play downstairs to keep the little one safe while we step out of the room. It seems like she is into something in a matter of seconds! She is keeping us busy, that's for sure!

Today, Steve starts working second shift again. It will be nice to get back into our old routine. I think we both have decided that we like him working second shift better than him working first. It seems like we get much more family time with him home in the mornings.

Another bit of news is that we have given Elise, our dog away. Most of you know, that before Hailey came along, Elise was our "baby." Despite mine and her love/hate relationship, we really did love her. It was getting to be too much to care for Hailey and give the dog the attention and
exercise she needed. My dad took care of finding her a good home with a family of animal lovers who have a lot of land for her to run and play.
