Today was such a great day! Steve got free tickets to go to the Winston-Salem Air Show that was at the airport where Steve works. He was able to get enough tickets so my parents, and my brother Chris and my sister-in-law Amanda could go too. We had been looking forward to this but we were worried we wouldn't be able to go since Tropical Storm Hanna was coming through, but it turned out to be a BEAUTIFUL day!!! It was really nice to see Steve in his "element" and he really enjoyed himself (and so did I!)

This is a car from the Air Force that has a jet engine in it. I think this was one of the coolest things. It zoomed down the runway at a speed of over 300 mph in a matter of seconds.
